My dog had water a shoe and were bright him in and they were able to see him within 40 mins. The wet tech got to his level and pet him making him feel so comfortable. They took him to the back and noticed he was stress and let me go back and get him to take him to a private room. I felt seen as an owner and I felt my dog was being treated with the best care! I and extremely grateful for the care we received and I can speak highly enough about the staff. Thank you for taking great care of my baby!

I will never take any of my animals back to this location ever again. Lauren the tech is rude and after placing a cast on my dogs leg it came off less than four hours and I had to return to get it fixed, not only did they charge me for their mistake of not properly placing it in the first place, but they were condescending and were not truthful about his care plan. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is nothing more than a money pit that will drain you dry.

I brought my pup here for a broken foot. The drs were great, but the tech Lauren was terrible. She had the audacity to tell my husband to “look at me “ While she spoke down to him and she was absolutely rude to me on the phone. On top of that, she messed up my dogs cast and it literally slid off his leg in lees than two hours and when we brought him back into have it fixed she took no ownership of her mistake and even charged my husband again for a new cast. I don’t expect things for free, but if that’s your plan, at least let us know before we bring him in. Needless to say, I will not be using this practice again and I would not recommend to anybody to go there

Visited the emergency vet after hours for my dog. Every single staff member was incredible and treated us with so much kindness. I'm so grateful to have an emergency vet in the area! Shout out to Rachel and Shayna for showing so much patience and understanding.
